Vanilla Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Shot Espresso, chilled
  • 150g of Greek Natural Yoghurt 0% Fat
  • 3ml Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Cinnamon

Crush the ice cubes in a blender using the ice crushing function. Pour the crushed ice into a glass. Add the espresso, yoghurt, vanilla essence, and honey together and blend to a thick and creamy consistency. Pour over the crushed ice. Sprinkle with the cinnamon.

Strawberry Starter

Ingredients 

  • 200g Strawberries
  • 200ml Skimmed Milk
  • 50g Natural Yoghurt 0% Fat
  • 1 tsp Vanilla or Almond Essence
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Pour all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Poor into a glass.

Berries have a lot of nutrients while being relatively low in calories. Coupled with healthy proteins from milk and yoghurt, they make for a healthy, nutritious and tasty morning smoothie.

Banana Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  •  150g of Greek or Natural Yoghurt 0% Fat
  •  2 tsp of Ground Instant Coffee
  •  ¼ tsp cinnamon
  •  6 Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients except the ice cubes into a blender and blend. Add the ice cubes a few at a time and blend until smooth.

Poor into a glass and dust with cinnamon.
