- The body converts the food (carbohydrates) to energy or glucose
- The body burns the energy and stores what it can’t use right away in fat cells
- When it runs out of energy it uses the stored fat for energy after it converts it to glucose
If you eat again before your body has converted the fat in the stored cells, you gain weight.
You have to let your body use the stored fat for energy before you eat again. Of course, a better way is to not eat so much.
